InsecureSpikeParticipantsometimes there is, i’ve had it show twice!
InsecureSpikeParticipantthere is a way to fix this issue, it’s a little more complicated than the basic move file systems, it’s the “extended procedure” part your looking for, and this should fix yer issue, as it’s the method I use and alls cool with mine
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantalso, for future reference, if you find you require a usb hub, make sure its one of the approved powered ones!
InsecureSpikeParticipantthat’s very strange, I’m over clocked to the max and it’s running perfect
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantok, i’m trying this and all i get is a black screen?
any ideas?**edit** must of had a dodgy set of bios, all works cool now, thanks
InsecureSpikeParticipantSo, is a fresh install best?
I really don’t understand too much on those GitHub thingsInsecureSpikeParticipantyou need both controllers set to 0, I’m sure that’s what I have set, I’ll double check when I get home
InsecureSpikeParticipantwow this sounds really cool!
really need to test this out in the next few days, thanksSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantoh cool! thanks, I have the bios already, ok I’ll give this a go, and you say there are different regions too! I take it I won’t really know what region I have till I open the menu?
thanksSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantguys how do I get the service menu up?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantyou’ll find 32x games sadly don’t run very well at all

InsecureSpikeParticipantsame for me fella
InsecureSpikeParticipant
Well I guess I spoke too soon. Sega CD is indeed working great but TG16 CD is still not working at all…Not sure what to do since I have SYSCARD3.PCE in both the bios directory and the roms directory.
UPDATE: So yeah this last one was just my own oversight…I still have trouble remembering how intensely case-sensitive Linux is…
I renamed SYSCARD3.PCE to syscard3.pce and all is well…
there are some pce cd rom bios about, 5 i think, not sure if its these you’d be needing? i’ve not got round to this yet
CD-ROM System V1.00 (J).pce
CD-ROM System V2.00 (J).pce
CD-ROM System V2.01 (U).pce
CD-ROM System V2.10 (J).pceGames Express CD Card 1993 (J).pce
not sure how their supposed to be named either,
please you got the Sega CD working
InsecureSpikeParticipantthat’s what have me the idea, to tell you the truth, it was just a thought, thank you
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantI’ll have a check to see how mine is set up
edit: ok I have a few sega cd bios, in both the bios folder and segaCD rom folder,
eu_mcd1_9210.bin
eu_mcd2_9303.bin
eu_mcd2_9306.binGenesis_OS_ROM.bin
jp_mcd1_9111.bin
jp_mcd1_9112.binSegaCDBIOS9303.bin
us_scd1_9210.bin
us_scd2_9306.binhope this helps a little
InsecureSpikeParticipantthat’s cool! now I’m wondering if it’s possible to assign a hot key to turn this on/off?

05/18/2014 at 06:35 in reply to: Xbox Controllers work in menus but won't control some emulators/games #6861InsecureSpikeParticipantguys some of these emulators have completely separate configs for controllers, so some have to be mapped separately, zx Speccy emu is a pig to get configured! I’m still just using my keyboard for that, but as Trimmtrabb said the answers are about
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipant
I’ve got one, and I tried it, everything seemed to compile ok..
but EmulationStation wouldn’t start..
where did you get it from?
thanksInsecureSpikeParticipanthey mate, yup that’s what I’m doing at the moment, it’s taking ages! haha but it’ll be worth it
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantthat’s an even better idea mate! sounds cool!
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantthis sounds sweet! are you thinking of a box-art/cartridge art database too? I’m sure some of us in the retropie community would help bring a set of high quality ones! I definitely would donate the ones I have,
great work by the way!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantcool, thanks for the info!
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantis it a powered usb hub?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
InsecureSpikeParticipantthank you, the only problem would be master system ones, really, so now i’m not too sure what to do
InsecureSpikeParticipantif I remember rightly it’s exit by pressing “esc” , also you press “tab” to get in to the configuration menu, then you can set up a hot key of your choice
