odd, I read somewhere last nite while messing around with OpenELEC that some boards perform differently depending the region they were made, give it a google if you haven’t already done so, see what ya can find out!?

yeah I have, my set up was just like using a B board, no probs accept a little over heating

N64: Segmentation fault

also, in the 1.- series of retropie, the mupen64plus needed no runcommand.sh! have a look at a back up if you have one,

well, in the 1.- series of RetroPie, in the es_system.cfg the N64 part has no runcommand.sh in the text, and it worked!! (well just about)i
f someone has an old back up of the es_system.cfg have a look, I’ve not had a chance to try it with it removed in the new one yet, so if someone can, that’ll be great!

best off use google to search for a 0.37b5 Romset,
then you know where you are, and more help can be given,

in my signature, is a link for a “working” mame4all-pi rom list but you need to get the rom set first

ok, i have it, as long as Florian is ok with it, i’ll port the theme/skin over

yup the themes do go in /etc/emulationstation/themes but themes need to be remade, to be honest they are not too difficult once you get the hang of them (again) and I think there will be some good ones created,
I’ll have a look into remaking that one you mentioned in the other thread

same! just like switching normal pi’s awesome! I’ve packed away my powered hub, and have my F710 & wireless keyboard with track pad and my usb mounted file system! all plugged in the Pi+ now I could add my other F710 or I could actually start using my PiFi

mate at the moment the n64 is very touch n go, especially with the include emulator, there are tests being done on a newer version and it looks pretty cool! but as I said we may never have the pleasure of running every rom flawlessly I’m afraid to say, but hang in there

right now I’m starting with GBC, NES, and supernintendo. I’m just downloading the roms from romnation that are marked with “[U]” and “[!]” What are the romsets and xml’s? Thanks!

a couple of posts back I posted my SNES retroarch.cfg file, it features a Mario Allstars work around!

i suggest you ONLY edit the buttons and NOTHING else and it should work, make sure you edit both controllers even if you only have one, if you have 2 make sure you only have 1 connected.

here it is…. unzip it, edit it, drop it in the /opt/retropie/configs/snes folder
