So, you keyboard works without problem in the menú (Example, you configure the key Q as Start, etc…, and in the menu Works but in, for example, the SNES emulator the Q did not work as Start button?)
Did you tryed to re-configure again your keyboard from Main Menu\Configure Imput? (To Access to the Main Menu you need to hit your Start key configured on the first boot of the Retropie system)
Here you can see where the emulators store the config files https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wikigotoParticipantWhen you added the controller the driver was installed?
Did you try to remove/add again the driver from the Retropié-setup option?
(In 3.2.1 you need to go to Retropie\Retropie-setup\3\328\)gotoParticipantI tryed with the 3.2.1 (Binary installed from Raspi menú, ppsspp v1.1.1-358, Rpie 2B) with the game from NAS and only see that the sound have some issues, but nothing with the gameplay :/
Try if from other suppor like network of USB to see if the problem comes from you SD, before discard your SD card (Or, maybe, another Loco rom)

Is there any place to check the limitations of the system? (I search for it but I did not found anithyng :/ )
Now I see, with the new 3.3 versión, that have the same problem but this time with the original theme (trying the same configuration with the 3.2.1 it Works without problem)gotoParticipantI have a doubt/problem about themes installation, dont know if im doing it wrong or what happened, the problem is, when I install a new theme from the menu I lost the screen options, all of it, im not able to see any menu or option, section, etc.., If I try to access to any emulator (I can access to the Amiga emulator when the system boot, because is the first emulator that I know is there and I just need to go forward) when I go out sometimes i can see something, but is far from stable
At first i was thinking that maybe is a problem with the roms, something like 10000, or because I have the roms in a NAS, but now I try it from a fresh installation, and same issue with all the themes.
