    Thanks dudleydes!

    I managed to install ZEsarUX at lunchtime. I noticed that it seems to have changed the default Spectrum emu to itself. Not a problem, I know you can select individual emus for different roms.

    I still need to stick the roms in the spectrum folder, and edit the config file. I have been using WinSCP to transfer roms quite successfully. I also use this at work to move files around, and can edit text files using it. I dont know why I thought this would be any different. Sometimes you can over think things!

    Seeing as though ZEsarUX emulates both ZX81 and Spectrum, and that I need to drop the ZX81 roms in the Spectrum folder, does this mean that the best I can hope for is to run ’81 games from the Spectrum section in Emulation Station? Would it be possible to configure so that there is a ZX81 option along with all the other systems? Or am I trying to run before I can walk?

    Hey thanks! I’ve give that a go.

    Not quite sure even how to edit config files yet. Sorry I said I was new!

    Once I get that, how do I get it to show up in Emulation Station? I installed the Daphne emu, and not managed to get that working yet either.

    I tried a different rom last night for Super Mario, and it worked great! Thanks again all for helping.

    Its a tricky business this, quite a learning curve, but each time I fix something my setup gets better and better.

    Sorry guys, Ive been away so not been able to check. Thanks for the help.

    I’ll have a look at the file you mention Floob when I get home.

    Last time I checked SNES though, I discovered its not all roms that do not open. I was testing with Super Mario World, this still doesnt work. However, lots of others do work without any problems.

    I ran the same roms on SNES9x on OUYA, without issue.

    Does anyone know of issues with the Super Mario World specifically?

    Hi all

    I’m having the same trouble. Pi3 RP3.6 new setup. PS3 controller wont configure buttons after up and down. Tried to install the PS3 drivers from the command line, following a video on YouTube. Still doesnt seem to work. I did manange to get it to connect (1 solid red light on controlller), but disconnects again when I remove the USB cable.
