cyberpeteParticipantHello again.
I will post link of the Lcd screen soon.
I hope someone can help me out with a problem i am having.
I bought a common ground pcb for my gameboy from kitsch bent and soldered everything up to the gpio pins.
I downloaded some software from adafruit but i am having no luck so faar to get anybuttons to work.
Anyone know of any good howto guide how i should do since the adafruit one doesnt seem to work for me.
cyberpeteParticipantLooks good. I have also just built myself a DMG Raspi :)
DO you have some pics of the inside ?
cyberpeteParticipantNeed to put the micro usb connector on straight later. But really happy that the case closes perfectly. Atm its just closed with 2 pieces of black electrictape but will be closed with screws later on :)
Soon time to start on the second one. After i showed pics to my friends i got a few orders :)

cyberpeteParticipantAnd here is a short video showing it. In the video i use a snes controller since i havent wired up the buttons to the GPIO pins yet.
cyberpeteParticipantSLowly getting there. Only thing missing atm is the following:
Install speaker and amplifyer
Position the screen in correct place and hot glue it to place.
Change screen settings in configs file.
Wire up all the buttons to the GPIO pins
Small wire cleaning.I use a 1 cell 18650 charger to charge the 2 18650 cells. That is then connected through a power switch ( used the original one positioned in the volume slot ) and then to a dc-dc conerter that takes the voltage up to 5.2 volts.
The LCD i could use on 5 volts without any mods so i got lucky :)
More to come later on…..
