Having the same problem with the Xbox 360 controller driver at the moment. Can only use the Start/A button in games but won’t pickup anything in the Retroarch joypad configuration.
Definitely something wrong with the driver, would like to know how to remove the driver too.

Just map a save/load state button? I use Select+LB for Save and Select+RB for load.
BuToNzParticipantSo when I set the setting with ‘M’ before the ROM loads it actually is rendering at a higher resolution?
Doesn’t look any better to me than the default, but if I leave it default I get a stretched image. On 1080p shows the 4:3 in the center of the screen with black bars either side.
BuToNzParticipantMost of my games don’t seem to be running at full speed on a Pi2. Some spots of lag and random microstutters.
I’ve got the Pi2 overclock setting enabled. Selecting 1080p as the resolution shouldn’t affect performance as it’s not actually rendering at 1080p?

Holy crap that looks playable!
BuToNzParticipantWould be great to get this running – Loads of great titles on the PSP.
BuToNzParticipantI’ll give that a bash.
Having this weird problem at the moment with the Mario All-Stars SNES ROM where I can navigate to Mario 3 for instance and select 1 Player, but can’t actually select a level?!
Seems fine on all other roms just All-Stars and All-Stars + Mario World. Any ideas?
BuToNzParticipantDoesn’t seem to do this for my controller? Generic_X-Box_pad.cfg
BuToNzParticipantWorked a treat, thanks! :D
BuToNzParticipantThanks! I’ll give this a bash today.
BuToNzParticipant
Did you copy your roms to /retropie/roms/gba-gpsp-libretro?
Yeah, they are in there.
BuToNzParticipantAlso worth noting my RetroArch hotkeys are not working on Gpsp either. Is something amiss?
BuToNzParticipantYeah I’m using that already. Still can’t map the directional keys.
BuToNzParticipantBuToNzParticipantI doubt it very much. I think even Gamecube emulation is out of the question.
BuToNzParticipantNot seen anybody using the DS4. Does it detect the input when you run the configure USB controller option?

The now closed thread (with 252 posts) got me confused.
I would have to sit hours if I was to read EVERY post.I’ll give 2.5 BETA a go
Thanks for your replies guys!
I apologise for the hostility, I hadn’t realised the Pi 2 thread was closed.
Makes me feel a little stupid, considering I have been watching the threads here like a hawk over the past few days!
02/17/2015 at 19:47 in reply to: What Retropie-image is recommended to use with RPi2 at the moment? #87851BuToNzParticipantPerhaps it’s because there is a large Pi 2 thread already with several links and discussion about the 2.5 image. I wasn’t here from the beginning (Far from it) but I spent the time to read through the threads on here.
This is a project – if you don’t make the effort to read up, how will you ever contribute?
Forgive the harshness, but I do feel when you get something for free you should at least be willing to put the time in.
BuToNzParticipantWondering this too as I’ll likely be playing quite a few of the multidisc games.
