    Hi all,

    I’ve gotten neogeo working on a couple games, but none of them have any sound at all. All of my other emulators have sound and work great.

    Raspberry pi 2

    Does anyone have any advice for me on things to check?

    I had this same issue and I tracked it down to two things:

    1. slightly mismatched ROMS for the particular emulator you’ve chosen (grab the .dat file for your emulator and run it and your roms through clrmame to see what you’re missing)

    and

    2. some missing roms in the NEOGEO.ZIP bios file

    Which emulator are you using? I’ve successfully gotten almost all NeoGeo games running with lr-fba.

    You’ll need some M1 Decrypted files to have sound in games! Check the MAME Compatibility Spreadsheets! I’ve helped the PiFBA list, testing more than 100 games and writing what the games need to run fine!
