    hi,

first of all thanks for that great software :-)

I run my games with a command line like that:

    /opt/retropie/emulators/RetroArch/installdir/bin/retroarch -L /opt/retropie/emulatorcores/pocketsnes-libretro/libretro.so –config /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/smw.smc

Two things do not work as I would expect it:

Button SELECT ends my games und brings me back to the command line
Button Y opens a retroarch menue. Why is that so=

How can I use SELECT as it should work in a nintendo game.

Used retroarch-joyconfig for the config file used above.

    Greetings

    Problem:
retroarch-joyconfig creates a autoconfig file with hotkeys, which can be used if the hotkey “select” is pushed. So you can exit a game with select + start, you can open RGUI with select + Y and you can save a state with select + R1. The only problem: If there is no input_enable_hotkey keyboard mapping the select button will not work…

Please open /opt/RetroPie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg. Add a input_enable_hotkey keyboard mapping. For example add “input_enable_hotkey = f12” and save.
