[Script] Enhanced scraper.py (best results)

Hi all,

I made some changes to the scaper.py including an algorithm to auto choose the best result for each game.

Changelog:

Now included in the latest git
Checks for neogeo games in mamedb
Auto chooses the best match for each game (based on a SequenceMatcher)
Image resize works again

PS: use -fix option for best results

Nice work! I’ll try it for neo geo games, I had to rename all neo geo roms for make it work…

No I did automatic scraping as you said to do and every third game or so was messed up. Now I have to manually recrape everything
