Hi. I am running a clean install of retropie 3.2.1 on a Raspberry pi 2. I have had no issues with save files on older versions of retropie, however now have 2 issues.
1) save states work but normal game saves do not. When I exit out of an emulator and check for the .srm file it is nowhere to be seen and I have a new retroarch recovery file created
2) I have changed the location of save files by removing the # and inputting /home/pi/RetroPie/saves in my config file (I have created this directory using Midnight commander) yet save states still default to the rom folder!
Hope someone out there knows what this could be
