    Is it possible to send the video and audio signals from the Raspberry Pi to a PC? I’m guessing that’s kind of like a VNC or something, but I’ve seen threads saying that VNC clients don’t work.

    Vnc works for some things like lxde but doesn’t work for emulationstation Or the emulators. If you’re just looking to capture the video you’ll need a capture card if you’re looking to play remotely I don’t know of any way to do that.
