ppsspp starting any game causes segmentation fault

I’ve tried reinstalling ppsspp a few times but that made no difference.

I’ve read runcommand.txt in tmp and it says that there is a segmentation fault whenever a game attempts to run.
I know these are good isos because I have played them before.
