    I don’t know how to config the player2 in fba2x.cfg to make it works

    You have this lines in fba2x.cfg ?

B_2=2

Y_2=3

START_2=7
SELECT_2=8
#Joystick axis
JA_LR_2=0
JA_UD_2=1

    What kind of controller are you using? Xinmo?
