Online resources for creating videos/animations

Hello there fellow retropiemen/women

I’m building a console based on retropie for my niece’s birthday and I’m super keen to have an animated splash screen on the bootup. I know nothing about video production however, so I’m looking for some advice.

Anyone know of any online services that can take a logo you’ve designed and animate it somehow? With snazzy effects or transitions? I don’t mind paying as long as it’s not too expensive.
