One MAME Folder

Just wondering if its possible to have one mame folder with the roms located with in it and then point each ROM to run the correct emulator?

Some thing like

ROMS/
MAME/
ROM1 -> start and use runcommand for advmame
ROM2 -> start and use runcommand for libretro
ROM3 -> start and use runcommand for mame4all
mame-advmame/
mame-libretro/
mame-mame4all/

Any pointers appreciated. Be even better if I could come with fba, but I won’t push my luck.

We have discussed having an “arcade” folder where you can use it how you want (choose from any of the fba / mame emulators etc). for the way you want it you would require a rom set which had different versions of different roms etc.

Might add this at some point though if people want it.
