Is it possible to use two identical controllers to play a multiplayer game? I’m very new to this and everything has run great to this point. I don’t know if I’m being a total retard here, but I wanted to use two USB keyboards as controllers until the Retro SNES controller I ordered came in. However, when I went to play a multiplayer game with my daughter, both keyboards controlled player one and I couldn’t get one of them to control player one and the other to control player two. It is not possible to use two keyboards at the same time as controllers and everything will be OK once I get my identical retro controllers? I’ve scoured the internet trying to find answers and found a lot of topics for setting up multiple Xbox 360 controllers, which I tried to no avail. I modified the global config file and added a player2 config, but this didn’t work either. Thanks for any help.

I’ve never tried using two keyboards, but if you have two of the exact same controllers they will work fine- I have 3 logitech f310 controllers and have no issues with them (well minus a little glitch with the top right trigger, but it can be skipped for most things) I also have 3 snes controllers that work fine too.
