lag in a lot of roms neo geo and mame retropie

Hello, I have raspberry pi 2 with a good micro sd 16 gb class 10 ultra read at 80 m/s and write 80 m/s and retropie 3.0 beta 4, I try to play roms like metal slug and I have lag. I try to use in pba nego and mame with different neogeo.zip bios and all is the same results. A los of lag.

I overclook the raspberry pi 2 at the maximun and I have the same lag.

Please can help me??
