    Hey I need help on upgrading to the new 3.0 version of retropie from the older 3.0 version (I think that’s the right version I have). I’m using a first generation raspberry pi and would like to keep all my save data and roms. Any help would be great.

    If I want to keep my savegames and roms, I normally enter the Pi in WinSCP and copy everything from the roms and saves to my laptop, then I update the system and after that I copy the stuff back.

    Dunno if there is an easier way.
