How to make Emu Station start directly into a system list?

Looking to use the pie as a console so to speak. I want it to boot straight into the SNES list and, if possible, not be able to go back to the retropie front end.

Afraid not. You are able to lock it down severely though. By removing or hiding all of the unwanted features/systems you could limit the clutter.

It will remain a 2-level (system selection / games list) setup though.
