I can’t find any tutorial or digrams how to connect NES (not SNES!) controllers to the GPIO Adapter ribbon cable. do you have any ideas which pins of the NES connector should be connected to the cable?
i really want to play megaman with my original NES controllers… :)
thx in advance,
Phil.
P.S.: can i check if my adapter is working without a controller connected?
again here, i will answer myself: yes, NES controllers are working – i bought a fourscore and soldered the connectors out so i could use them for connecting to the gpio ribbon cable.
unfortunately the fourscore isn’t working (i’ve got the wiring scheme from a wiki) – what a pity, that would be great because of the turbo function ;)
greets, Phil.
