Fuse ZX Spectrum

Fuse ZX Spectrum has a newer version than in the debian/raspbian repository.
Compiled as SDL version it works well with custom Dispmanx SDL. the newer version also adds better support for joysticks , button 1 fire, button 2 open menu

I have compiled it successfully from sourceforge repo and tar releases on raspberry pi 2

libspectrum needs compiling and installing first.

im configuring with armv7-a and neon-vfpv4 on rpi 2.

it has been updated. also building and linking against a new libspectrum rather than the older debian one, and includes a change to disable the mouse pointer
