    I like running Retropie in full HDMI because the menu looks awesome that way. Also, I plan on installing XBMC. I have been playing with BasiliskII and it runs much better in 480p.

    Is there a way to launch xtint (or xstart) in 480p and have it return to full HDMI once the xwindow is closed?

    I know you can run retropie in 480p by changing the config.txt file using hdmi_group=1, hdmi_mode=1 but that’s not what I’m looking for.
