    Hi, I use a PS2 original joystick connect from USB.
    I see that the file RetroArch/retroarch.cfg is only one, but I need to configure a different key mapping for each emultors ( FBA, Genesis, MAME, ecc..).
    How can I do?

    You can set a per system control setup if you edit
    /opt/retropie/configs/{systemname}/retroarch.cfg

    Just making sure I’m in the right file floob but the retroarch.cfg in the separate emulator folder only had a few lines about shading. Do I just add in my control configs below that?

    Yes, those files are added after loading the full retroarch.cfg and any lines overwrite the original ones.
