Crash (White Screen) After Copying Rom Files

Hi. I have been using the latest version of RetroPie successfully with Atari 5200, 7800, NES, and Mame. Once I copy an Atari 2600 rom to the system and reboot, Emulation Station boots to a blank (White) screen. Tried different roms and only having a single rom in the Atari2600 folder triggers this condition. If I remove the roms, systems boots fine.

Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

You are also warned about it when you change your theme.

Thanks! That was it — I changed the theme back and now I can load additional emulators. Don’t recall a warning when changing the theme, but now I know. Thanks again.

no you don’t get a warning pop up or anything, but it’s a general rule/warning, changing themes may have adverse effects

I coded in a warning. He probably just hasn’t updated his script yet.
