    Hi!

    Do I need to add a current-limiting resistor for the LED to work? Or just the LED?

    TO be on a safer side you can add a 220R resistor. However, it is not absolutely needed from what I have experiences so far.
    The current revision of the ControlBlock does not come with a series resistor for the LED, but this will change with an upcoming revision.
