Combining fba and mame games as one "Arcade" category?

Before I go messing up my setup, can I combine my fba and mame roms in emulationstation as one arcade category? Such as changing the fullname in es_systems.cfg to “Arcade” for both? Would emulationstation know which emulator to run on each rom or whould it not even combine into the same category at all?

Actually with the newest image that could work. You can choose the emulator for every rom that you want to play, but you would have to do some cfg tinkering and add the fba emulator and the mame emulator to one emulator.cfg.
Then you can choose the corresponding emulator for every single rom, so that would be a lot of work.
