Change Sega MegaDrive(Jap) To Sega Genesis(USA)

Hi,

I am running the current RetroPie on a Raspberry Pi 2.
I am trying to setup Sega Genesis but am having problems.
I put the Sega Genesis ROMs into “genesis” folder and removed symlink.
After I press [F4] to update cache but no Sega Genesis emulator is listed?
(if I put the Sega Genesis ROMs into “megadrive” folder then Sega MegaDrive emulator is listed but that is not what I want.

How can I tell RetroPie to show Sega Genesis emulator in menu?
Well not emulator, I just want it to display Sega Genesis graphic, is that possible?

If all you’re trying to do is change the graphic, there’s no need to remove the symlink, all you have to do is change the es_systems.cfg
