Cant start retropie after backup restore

Hey,

I used the multiboot to install kodi Openelec + Retropie and after I did a restore of a previous backup that I had from my openelec system.
Things looks that were running fine except that I lost your Aeon Skin shortcut (Games) to the RetrioPie. Also today I tried to reboot from Openelec to Retrpie and I cant see the boot menu in order to choose OS so I am always startup Openelec.

Is there any way to fix it?
