Bluetooth audio streaming to bluetooth speaker

Hello,

I am running RetroPie 3.5 on raspberry pi 2. All is working perfectly, except that I get terrible static noise from 3.5 mm jack.

I own JBL GO speaker and bluetooth adapter which RetroPie detects, even after using hcitool scan I can see my bluetooh speaker.

Issue is that it will not pair. I am using guide to do this, but according to it I am missing some packages:
bluez-utils bluez-alsa

Issue is that I also can not install them, as they are missing.

Does anyone has any idea how to achieve this? Streaming from retropie over bluetooth to bluetoot speaker

This seems at least somewhat related to my previous post about Bluetooth headphones:

Would be awesome to be able to route the audio to Bluetooth!
