advmaame 0.106 missing roms?

hi all,

in the process oif upgrading to 3.0beta and am having a hard time with mame, reporting lots of missing roms. i have a 106 rom set but obviously something is wrong.

i would liek to try and rebuild with clrmame but how do i go about getting a DAT file for 0.106?

thank you guys so much for all the help. i have rebuilt and am in the process of transferring over but clrmame looked to have done it’s thing properly. i wouldn’t be where i’m at with this little box if it weren’t for all the hard work and the help of you all.

curious, is there a way to filter mame roms with ES? i would like to filter out different versions of the same rom and only show the parent.

I guess you could just copy over the parent instead?
