nbba Theme v1.2 Release

When testing on my Raspberry Pi I was getting a white screen until I reduced to number of shown themes. I do not know how many can be loaded at once without getting it as the gamelists also play a part in the white screen. I am currently unsure how I can reduce the impact on the Raspberry Pi right now. I cannot use a stock SVG for some items as they color option does not work with them.

I still need to pack the high resolution and alternate logos in zips but this is the main theme.
