    Hello
My wired ps3 controller works fine everywere exept of mame.

I tried everything i found nothin worked.

Is there something special to do?
I found an explication for v2.2 to recompile.
But on 2.3 i get a lot of errors while compiling.

    Can someone help?

    Thank you

Could you try recompiling with a CFLAGS parameter as below:

    make CFLAGS+=”-lrt”
Let me know if it works and I’ll update the wiki.

I’m not an expert so I cannot offer a solution that’s guaranteed to work. Maybe you could try the suggestions in the last post in the thread below.

Thank you but this solution i have already tried….
Makes no difference but changing vom make to make CFLAGS+=”-lrt” let stop compiling immidiatly just make takes hours.

Seems a 2.2 version could help but i dont find one.
    Perhaps somebody can help?

Take a look at the last post in the PS3 controller thread at the mame4all-pi source.

    https://code.google.com/p/mame4all-pi/issues/detail?id=33

Tititatoo has attached a binary compiled version of mame4all-pi which you can use to replace those on your system. I have tested it and it works.

I have already tried this file but after copying my Roms stop Working.

And i thought its cause of B+ files.

I did Copy paste via filezilla.
Is there some special to do or should i try again?

I have noticed that the rom path in the mame.cfg in the compiled binary package is incorrect. It should read /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/mame.

I was testing in Raspbian using the default directories explaining why it worked for me.

You may also want to change the samplerate in mame.cfg to 22050 if you are having trouble with sound.
