Hi everyone,
I’m quite new to hooking up inputs for my raspberry pie. I’d like to know if there’s any way to wire a SNES controller directly to the pie without the RetroPie adapter. I know that the controllers can be plugged in to the pie using RetroPie GPIO adapter (which is currently sold out), but I was hoping to simply strip the wires of my SNES controller, hook them up to a breadboard, and play around with input configuration, etc. I could eventually crimp the wires and hook them up directly to the GPIO if this works.
Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
