Hey guys, first post here so please be kind.

I’ve done a search on this and I could not find it.

So currently I am using the Recalbox on a Raspberry pi2. The support on that system is basically non-existent and everyone is in a different country. I didn’t realize that going into it but none the less it’s fully installed I have my controller setup and I’m here.

I can ultimately move over to retro pie but I would like to see if I can use recalbox first.

Now I understand it runs on a similar platform so maybe you guys can help me. I cannot for the life of me figure out what directly the ROMs are supposed to be loaded to. I have put them in the first directory right from the SD card, then I tried roms/ then I tried roms/SNES/.

No matter what I try the recall box refuses to recognize any new roms. It’s literally driving me crazy and I can’t figure this out for the life of me.

    Any suggestions?

If you wish to receive help with recalbox you’re probably best off requesting help on their forum:

As far as retropie is concerned all rom paths are clearly explained in the wiki

    There are some pointers here:
    https://github.com/digitalLumberjack/recalbox-os/wiki/Manual-%28EN%29#network-add

Although some of their arcade pages in the Wiki seem to be copied off the RetroPie wiki, so I’m not sure how accurate it all is.
